ROULETTESCOUT · THE PUBLICATION
Using RouletteScout
Read the story. Understand the assumptions.
What the chapter provides
RouletteScout is a visual publication about roulette. The chapter offers historical reading and educational demonstrations. Its diagrams illustrate defined models; they do not reproduce every physical wheel, casino rule or betting condition. Nothing on the page promises a winning result or guarantees that a particular outcome will occur.
The chapter can be read without wagering money. Its controls change an illustration or demonstrate a mathematical relationship. A moving ball in an illustration is not a live game, an account balance or an opportunity to win a prize.
Reading historical material
Historical accounts can differ. A date in a source may describe a record, an opening, a name change or a later alteration, rather than the first appearance of an idea. Use the reading notes alongside the main scene, especially where they distinguish a legend from documented evidence.
Artwork is created to support the story and may simplify buildings, objects or scenes. Do not treat a reconstruction as an archival photograph or use its visual details to establish a historical fact.
Using the information
This publication is intended for adult readers. Before considering any real-money gambling, check the applicable rules, eligibility requirements and available support where you live. Historical popularity and attractive design do not remove the risk of losing money. Our Responsible Gambling page explains the limits of the probability examples.
